How to Measure:

Waist: measure the circumference at the narrowest part of your waist, just above the navel.
Inside Leg Length: measure from the inner waist to the bottom of the trouser leg.
Hip Circumference (1/2): measure from side to side at the widest part of the hips with the trousers laid flat on a surface, then double for the total measurement.
Thigh Circumference (1/2): same method as hips, but at the widest part of the thigh.
